Can't Create new case type

I can open the pega exercise system in Chrome Version 44.0.2403.125 m  as requested in the lesson titled "Defining an Application and Case Types" and I can log in as BAEarchitect; however when I select create new case type, the exercise system never responds.  It justs continues to cycle and never displays the new case form.
