How to Open new Customer in Same window in NBAA Portal

Hi,

I want to open the same customer in new Tab in NBAA Portal when Pega is integrated in CRM Application.

If same window is opened ,old customer details are fetced .

So external tool is opening in New window , and due to this Blank window is displaying for 1 or 2 seconds when Pega is hit and Authentication is triggering again.

So how can we open the second customer in same window but in different tab.
