Open Case in the Same window
Hello everyone, I have a requirement of opening the cases in the same tab. Currently the cases opened from the reports in the user portal are opening in a new tab.

Look for the source of the hyperlink in reports portal and customize the onlick actions to replace the current tab instead of new window.

Use Replace current option.

On click of button in the action set you can select "Harness" option and in the harness use "Replace Current" option.
