Open child case in the same tab as of Parent case
Hi, I have a requirement which is that I need to open a child case from parent case in the same tab. Has anyone implemented this requirement? If so, could you please share your ideas ?

we are using Pega 7.1.8 version. Child cases are already created, we are showing the child cases in a repeat grid.
Please note that parent and child cases are already created. We are currently displaying all the child cases in a repeating grid for the parent. On the repeat grid, we have added an onclick event, which is to "Open the assignment" and passed pzInsKey as a parameter. So now when user clicks on the case, it is currently opening in a new tab, we want that case to be opened in the same tab and close the parent case. Kindly let me know if you still need any other details.

Hello Sravan,
Child case is nothing but creating a new work item, You are telling that parent case work item is already opened and in that I want to open a new work item. I think it is not possible but you will get the data of the child case in the parent case once it is created.
