Automatic closing of child tabs on close of the parent tab
Hi,
We have a scenario in our pega 7 CPM application where in we can create a child interaction from the parent interaction. All the interaction work items(parent as well as the children) open up in different tabs. The requirement is to close all the child work item tabs when the parent interaction case is wrapped up.
I tried opening the child cases and forcibly resolving them followed by calling DoClose on each of the child item's from post wrap up of the parent case but that is not working.
Is there any other way that this can be achieved?
