How to not let a parent window refreshed if a child window closed
Hi,
I am creating an "Add more" Button clicking which the pop up window will be closed, but I dont want the parent window to get refreshed,(Which is happening)
Can anyone help me out in this.

Hi Alakananda,
On click of button how you are passing url to open a popup window?
With the above details, similar configuration can be achieved through OOTB Button On Click Launch Local action in modal dialog to show list of selected items.
Then on click of "Add More" in modal dialog, use OOTB modal dialog close action to close the popup.

Can you please explain with little more details about how the screen looks like, what is the action which is configured on the button? This will help in understanding the scenario

its Like I select some Checkboxes to add items in a cart, and then I open a pop up url via a button which window will have all my previously selected items and an option to add more items to it, in this add more button i used a window closing functionality, but what is happening is after closure of the pop up its refreshing the parent window as well.. which is resulting into unchecking of all my previously selected checkboxes, which is not desirable for me...
