Data from previous interaction is flowing over to current interaction.

We have implemented Pega CPMi. We are facing some scenarios where call data from previous interaction are flowing into current interaction. Mainly insured information which we had captured in previous interaction are available in next interaction call. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Hi PPRITPAD,

Could you please let us in what scenarios you face this issue?

Call data flowing from previous interaction to current interaction -- Does it mean there are some properties which are set in the previous interaction, and after resolving the previous interaction also, in current interaction those properties has the same values as previous interaction?
