How to automatically assign a case to a user?

Hi,

I'd like to ultimately add to PegaSupport functionality in automatically assigning a case to a specific user (based on some other logic). Latest version of Pega Platform is fine.

Can someone guide me through this? Haven't found anything that useful on community.

You can define the routing on the Assignment shape.

In Pega 8, you can choose to route to:

  • Current operator
  • Operator
  • Work queue
  • Custom
  • Use business logic
