Email account -Test connection fail

Hi,

Email account sender test connection is failing with "Could not convert socket to TLS" error message.

Using pega7.3.1 version

Please find the attachments for the configuration and error details.

Please let me know if any one knows about this issue. it's very urgent requirement.

According to the following links the ERROR is caused by an empty / broken default JRE trustStore.
