Email Account rule - Test connection in email receiver not working
Test connection in the email receiver of email account rule is failing with the following error:
"the server indicated that the authentication credentials for this email account are incorrect"
I am using POP3 protocol.
Credentials are working when logged in through outlook or webmail.
Same issue is coming while starting listener.
Below article tells the resolution for similar issues related to IMAP

Did you try creating the a/c via Email A/c Wizard and choosing and Email Provider via "Select Email Provider" button.
You might want to try that, and choose Gmail as the provider. Then change the host name and port numbers to match with your server. If you are familiar with Gmail SMTP/POP/IMAP server name and port number, then you can compate those with relevant server-name and port numbers for your environment and update it in the wizard.

Hi All, thank you for your responses.
There were some POP3 settings which were blocking external applications from connecting to exchange.
Test connection is succesful after fixing those.

I am exporting the CSV file from 'X' application and i am trying to import the same csv to another application Data type 'y'. X and Y are both in same environment.
Could you give me suggestion how to automate the import CSV when i export it from 'x'.
