Hi All,

I have created an email account. Test Connectivity for sender is working fine but it is failing for receiver. I have checked it thoroughly and the passwords are correct.

This is the error logged in the log files:

EmailClientException: Unable to send email due to : 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. g17sm10679063pfb

*The security setting in google account like '2 step verification' & 'Less Secured app' are all turned off.

*The DSS Pega-IntSvcs • Email/DisableSecuritySTARTTLS is created and set to true.
