Test Email Account Receiver Connectivity Fails
Hi guys,
I configured an email account and ran test connectivity that failed
Can you give me your thoughts on what went wrong?

@Daria Mamaeva Have you checked whether the firewall is open between your PEGA server and the Outlook exchange server ?

I'm also facing the same issue since today morning. Email Account was working fine up until yesterday.
Could you please let us know the resolution (if already found)?

@MRIDULKUMAR We are also facing the same issue for our client.
I guess you are using basic authentication for your mail box. Microsoft probably wont support basic auth from 1st Oct 2022. And as beta testing they rolled it out for some tenants.
Talk to your Exchange team to revert to basic auth for the time being or switch to oAuth2 using Microsoft Graph

@Anik Mandal We have checked with Exchange team and have verified that we are still using Basic Authentication.
