Assignment Transfer to operator only impacts routing but not assignTo
Hey,
I have an issue with the Pega OOTB activity pyReassignAssignment.
We use this to transfer an assignment within a case to another operator.
The new operator is able to see the case in his worklist, open and access the perform harness, but as soon as he wants to approve(finish assignment) an error is displayed that the user is not allowed to lock und update the case.
It works if I add the Perform privilege to the Users Access Group / Role, but this for me is just a temporary fix.
Does anynone has an idea how to give the "new user" access to the case?

Hello,
Have you identified with the tracer which activity is generating the error message could you apply a when condition maybe to avoid it?
Having said that this error message is normal behaviour I believe. Maybe you should slightly change your design to handle such situations.

Ok when editing the access when setup.
The following additional condition works:
.pxFlow(pyCascadingGetApproval).pxRouteTo = pxRequestor.pyUserIdentifier
But why does
0 != @CountAssignedToMe(tools, myStepPage)
not work?
