How to transfer multiple assignments to an operator without using the bulk actions.
can you guide me how to implement a UI where user and select multiple assignments from a workbasket and transfer it to an operator.
I understand we can use bulk actions to do the task, but my requirement is to implement only the bulk transfer functionality at a specific part of the page.
can you suggest me different approaches that can be used.

What do you mean by " bulk transfer functionality at a specific part of the page." ?
I really think you should try to use the existing functionality.You can embed that anywhere you want.

I have a view built on Data-Portal class where I am showing list of items in a workbasket. and I am asked to put a checkbox in front of every line item of the grid(list of workitem in a particular workbasket) so that user can select multiple assignments and transfer them accordingly. should I have do all the configurations(putting post action button and opening a modal box and putting section rule and a custom activity containing pxTransferAssignment step) or I can still leverage the bulk transfer components or it can be implemented in a better way?

Yes I agree I believe the bulk will be the best starting point. Of course you can customize it completely if need be but surely best starting point.
