How the bulk assignment transfer works in pega

Hi All,

I just want to know how bulk processing like bulk transfer assignment, bulk case processing, and bulk case creation and what is the internal mechanism behind it.

Fundamentally, some set of OOTB activities and their Java steps or custom written activities for specific requirement executing some database operations on tables mapped to respective concrete classes derived from Assign-... and Work-Cover-...
