Bulk transfer issue in pega 7.1.8 with CPM frame work

Try to initiiate a Bulk Transfer operation by means of the "pyModalTemplateBulkProcessing" section.  The transfer fails, we find that the flow action name of "Transfer" is not getting passed to the activity which kicks off the Bulk Transfer.


So it is giving "no flow action chosen" error coming. but in pdn in below link suggested override pzBulkProcessingActions rule actions but this rule declared as final, shall we override? Please let me know any solution is there for this issue. We are using pega 7.1.8  with CPM frame work.

You cannot override or change the Final rules.
