Reports not working in CPM 7.1.3 on Pega 7.1.8
Hi
On clicking a shortcut(for ootb reports) on the Business Analyst portal, I am getting the below error in the tracer:
"You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance SYSTEM-USER-REPORT-RECENTREPORTS"
The popup opens blank. Can anyone help me on this as why this happens? We are using CPM 7.1.3 on Pega 7.1.8

This privilege is conveyed (with production-level access) to users who hold any of four standard access roles:

This privilege is conveyed (with production-level access) to users who hold any of four standard access roles:
- WorkMgr4
- ProArch4
- SysArch4
- SysAdm4
Any access roles which do not contain the ReportWizard privilege will not provide users with access to the Report Wizard. If this access is not available for a user who clicks, reported error comes up. Let me know if this helps.

I am having that prvilege "ReportWizard" listed under the access role for @baseclass.
While clicking on the shortcut in the BA portal, in the step 2 of pxRunShortcut activity, pyCheckSecurity is called, which does page-set-message without any condition. So the activity ends abruptly there.

You'll need to configure an "Access of Role to Object" rule for the System-User-Report-RecentReports class and an appropriate Access Role Name.

Hi Mike,
I have created Access Of Role to Object and mapped it to my access role with ReportWizard privilege added to it, but still when i try to run the report it is throwing an error "Error: ** ** No access permission for the report.".
Could you please help me further on this
