Can I disable the checkbox after transferring work objects using bulk actions??
Hi,
Customer has a requirement on PRPC 6.2SP1, where he wants to disable the checkbox after process assignments on bulk actions.
Right now, as soon as he selects workID's, choose transfer and clicks on Process assignments, a tick icon appears besides to workID's with a message "Processed successfully"
But the workID's remain available in the listView and can be selected again.
Customer want to know if he can disable this after processing?

I was talking in context of 7.1 where we can still perform some action afterwards.
Just noticed you are on 6.2 SP1, In this you can take the same action again or reassign to someone else.
Unfortunately there is no straight forward way to achieve this in 6.2 SP1 as few of the rules we removed final check and provided as extension but all of them are in 7.1

That's a final rule so it is not possible to disable check box after bulk processing.
Moreover we keep it enabled since user can perform other actions afterwards.

Thanks for the response.
Once the workID's are transferred to other operator, can you tell me what could be the other actions here ?
Customer's feels that it is confusing the user that processed rows are still showing the option to select check box post transfer.
