How to disable action items from 'Bulk Action'

Hi All,

I want to disable some of the menu items from 'Bulk Action', Pega version 7.1.9.

Ex: I want to remove these actions items  'Complete Item, Trasfer'

Note : Mentioned in the below image, which i want remove from Bulk Action Page.

There is a 'Disqualify this action from bulk processing' checkbox on the Action tab of the flow action rule.
