Bulk disable or delete operator ID
Hi All Is there any way we can disable bulk amount of operator in PEGA Cloud On Prem application ? Note: We don't want to select each operator and disable them , rather disable
100 operators in a single click

I hope you can run a one-time utility to disable the operators in bulk(pyOperatorIsDeactivated is set to true).

Take the list of operators that you want to disable. Loop through the list, open each record and set pyOperatorIsDeactivated to true.

You need to write a onetime activity and set pyOperatorIsDeactivated value to true in the loop of intended operator.
