Disable Operator ID in PEGA 7.1.6
Is there a way to disable operator ID's without disabling them in PEGA 7.1.6? I need to disable some users, but I would rather not have to delete them.

Along the same lines as Eric's suggestion, the below Help article has information about the recommended alternative to deleting Operator ID instances.

On my 7.1.7 system, I tried including the box that says "Use external authentication" and that prevented me from logging in. Whether it is entirely an appropriate way to disable an operator that normally does NOT use external authentication, I'll let others comment on. Obviously, if you're already using external authentication, that way won't work. I'm only using internal authentication on my system. /Eric
