Transfering Assignment Automatically
Hello, I’m Anabella . I have some question, here's a picture that shows about transfering assignment. Is there any spesific way to transfer assignment to the list of operator without having to share them one by one in that manager page? There's 4 assignment in that picture also 4 operator, how to divide 4 assignment one by one into 4 operators in sequence?

Thank you for your answer, I've tried that method and it's work.. but I have another question, is there other factors that can affect the case delegation other than workgroup? when I tried the method, there's one operator whose case delegation is not the same as the others.. how could I handle that problem?

Hello Anabella,
What happened in the situation where the case was in another workgroup? Did you get an error? Have you looked at it in tracer to see what logic the system does to decide how to route it? That might give you some clues as to alternative approaches.

Hello Mike,
I didn't get an error anyway, I just wanted to know how we handle case delegation by determine which case will be given to the operator which is seen from their available job minimum without the need to involve the manager to distribute them individually(based on the picture I've shared above).

I haven't yet.. but, what is the difference between ToLeveledGroup and ToSkilledGroup? I have no idea at all.. can you describe it to me? Thank you

Hello I wanna ask something related to the main question up there.
Can I transfer assignment automatically but use the FIFO method? For example there are 3 operators, when the first time will be transferred to operator 1 then to operator 2 and last to operator 3. If it has been transferred to operator 3 then it will return to operator 1 and so on. Is there a way to implement something like this?
