Transfer SLA to other Assignment
Hello everyone, I have an assignment with an SLA that, when the goal is reached, runs an Activity that triggers a Ticket, moving the flow to a different assignment, however, in this assigment, I would like to resume the SLA to wait if it reaches the deadline.
Please help me to achieve this behavior.
