Recalculate assignment SLA based on the property of an other class and task
Hello,
I have an SLA assignment (Task A) that is calculated based on a property on an other assignment (Task B).
Task A is created before task B, so I must updated the SLA of task A after I have finished task B.
I tried to add in my flowAction B : pyAdjustSLAPreAction and pyAdjustSLAPostAction. But what properties must I update in my section in other to update the good SLA (related to task A) ?

Hello,
Well I think it is not just about the Assignment but Also the SLA instance. I don't think you will be able to do it with an OUt-Of-The-Box activity.
You will need a custom one to open up assignment A and change it as well as opening SLA instance A and change it as well.

Thanks for your respond. So, that I must open is the CaseContentsPage.pxResults of my assignment A (based on the pxFlowName) ? And I just need to update the pxDeadlineTime and pxGoalTime ?

One way of doing is iterate all the pages of pxFlow

Obj-Open-By-Handle by pxAssignmentKey
call pxAdjustSLA by passing pxAssignSvcLevel and pxAssignmentKey as parameters
