SLA re-calculation and re-initiation inside an assignment.
i am currently working on a business requirement that involves SLA of the current assignment to be re calculated and re initiated without moving out of the assignment.
the goal and deadline gets calculated based of an action that is performed in the assignment. however this action does not advance the flow. nor does it take it out of the current assignment. i can verify that the new goal and deadline are being set but the SLA is not being picked up by the agent as a new SLA.
any idea on how to achieve this functionality?

Can you share your configuration in a Word document maybe. How did you do it technically to re calculate the values and saved it into the database?

used a data transform to re calculate and then saved it to the newassigned page. used the pxAdjustSLATimes activity to re que the SLA. but the agent is not picking it up.

So when you look into the SLA instance for this assignment you can see the new values correctly? What product version is it?

On the WorkObject right but it won't be sufficient if you are not updating the SLA associated instance. Probably why this isn't working as you expect.
