Can you please elaborate more on what do you mean by assignment getting interrupted? Please explain the config of flow and assignment.

Thanks a lot for the reply....There is a flow ,in that flow and Assignment was there with SLA with property based . There are no goal and dead line time activities...when work item reached this assignment ,assignment missing (but not always)..I would like know why it was missing...can you please advise...whether any resume flow or advance flow has to user in goal time. Thanks in advance..

Ok.. Assignment breakdown can happen for lot of reasons. Are you getting any error when its trying to reach that assignment? If yes, please attach the screenshot of it. That will help us understand it more.

What exactly do you mean by Assignment missing, Is it bypassing the assignment without even creating it? or its getting created and when you are trying to open it, its not opening?
Please explain step by step.

Try temporarily removing the SLA and see if issue goes away so you know whether it really has to do with the SLA (or if you already know it does, please explain). /Eric
