Transfer assignment outside a case

Hi All Is it possible to Transfer an assignment without opening a case to another user? Like can we open the work object using Obj-Open or Obj-Open-By-Handle of a particular case and assign to another user?

 

I tried using Reassign activity after opening a work handle. But still I see the case is assigned to old user. I can see the old values in Assign-Worklist page as well. How can I achieve this?

In App Studio there isn't an out of the box section or dashboard to reassign a case from one operator's worklist to another operator's worklist without opening the case or customizing anything. The available option is to use the Transfer Assignment action from the Actions button after opening the case. To achieve your requirement you would need to create a custom solution.
