Hi All,

We are having an issue wherein the assignment/Case is struck even after the user has submitted at the end of the case. The case is having the status Resolved-Completed, but not moving out of the work basket.

This is only happening in Prod env, all other lower environments are not having this problem. Unfortunately we cannot trace this as this Prod env.

Can anyone assist me on this?
