Create case and assign to Workbasket need bck to back assignment
Hi,
I hava a case where I want the first assignment to be assigned to a workbasket, and no New harness but then when I create the case I have confirm harness, not the first assignment. I don't find where to configure, I would like here functionality like back to back assigmnent, because whoever creates the case is part of team in charge of the workbasket tasks so it should open it. Any idea ?
Problem i have with assigning to operator creating the case is that is he just leaves the tasks then other members of the team won't see it in the workbasket, while everyone should be able to see.

There are settings on the Process tab of the flow that control this behavior. On your starting flow, check the options to 'Look for an assignment to perform after create' and 'Also consider an assignment in a workbasket'.

Fealing not very smart now, this totally makes sense ! I have tested it and it works. But this requires that I assign my operators a workgroup, doesn't check workbasket list in operator profile.
