Use of Assign-WorkBasket
Hi I'm a beginner of Pega. Can I know whether we can use some custom class prepared by us instead of using Assign-WorkBasket class? And if we do so are there any restrictions in the functionality?

@Madhumi Munasinghe Pega uses Assign-Workbasket(corresponding DB table) to store assignments that are in Work Basket. @ManjunathaC There's a Team Manager user and that user can reassign the cases of the team to other members of the team. So the Data page of the grid of that team work queue is made in the non OOTB class (instead of Assign-WorkBasket). So can we still perform the functionalities related to case reassignments?

@Madhumi Munasinghe But this seems to be different from normal approach, as Team Manager can directly assign it to Work-List or to another work basket if needed. To perform functionalities, you may need to give a try. But it would like building your own kind of.
