Automatically get next assignment (GetNextWork) for worker on logon
I have a business requirement to automatically get the next available assignment for workers on successful logon. The current behaviour of displaying the operator's worklist is not meaningful as majority of the assignments are in the workbaskets and business does not want operators to pick-and-choose the work, even if it has been assigned to him/her.
Does someone have a similar requirement and successfully implemented it for a client?
The Pega Platform I'm working on is Pega 7.2.1 and we are not using any strategic app or framework.

Hi Hari,
No, that article doesn't help and I went through it before raising this query.
The requirement is to skip the first step of the default behaviour, so after successful logon, the application automatically fetches the next available work and displays the case. The client does not want the operator to click on "Next Assignment" or "Get Most Urgent" button. The worklist displayed by default after successful logon should be removed.
There was something available in Pega 6 that does this but I do not seem to find anything in Pega 7.2.1 that does this.
