Hi There,
Someone, please help on this error message?
"Caused by: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"
we are unable to send the emails using email account in PRPC once smtp server certificate updated.
log file attached.

The issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Use the following Dynamic system setting to disable STARTTLS.Owning Ruleset: Pega-IntSvcs
Purpose: Email/DisableSecuritySTARTTLS
value: true

It sounds like the updated cert is not correct.
If you enable SSL debug via JVM argument, this will provide you with additional diagnostic data and the full cert path, which you should be able to use to figure out what exactly is wrong:
-Djavax.net.debug=all
