Caught exception while connecting to email server(s)
Hi,
Getting below exception for the email listeners.
Anyone has seen this exception earlier.
GenerateDateTime:

RootExceptionMessage: ASTERISK BYE JavaMail Exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Hello,
Email server took longer time to respond to a connect call from PRPC .
Try the following local change:
Increase read time out using DSS below (default was 60 seconds):
- Owing ruleset: Pega-IntSvcs
- Setting Purpose: email/timeout
- Value: 120000
