Pega Robot Manager - Connection to Server Failed
Hi,
We are trying to deploy packages from Studio to PackageServer. I've taken all the necessary steps
1. Installed Pega Platform 7.4 on Windows Server 2012
2. Installed Pega Robot Manager 6.2 on top of Pega Platform 7.4
3. Installed PackageServer and ServerStatus
4. Have sample RDA Project in Visual Studio + Plug-in setting on my local machine.
5. Made necessary changes to commonconfig.xml, runtimeconfig.xml & studioconfig.xml
6. Unchecked the SSL checkbox in api and robotics rules for servicepackage
I get the connection to server failed error when entering admin credentials in Pega Robotics -> Server Connectivity option. Went through the logs and it gives below exceptions.
1) Exception Information
*********************************************
Exception Type: System.Net.WebException
Status: UnknownError
Response: NULL
Message: "Failed to authenticate using Email and Password. WebException: Response Code 'InternalServerError'. Response Content Type 'application/json;charset=UTF-8'. Friendly Message 'The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.'."
Data: IDictionary (System.Collections.ListDictionaryInternal) with 0 items
TargetSite: Void CheckHttpResponseFailure(Servers, OpenSpan.Server.IHttpWebResponse, System.String)
HelpLink: NULL
Source: "OpenSpan.Server.Client"
HResult: -2146233079
