Pega and Pega Robotics server connectivity Issue
Hello Team,
We are trying to Integrate Pega robotics version 22.1.4 with Pega PRPC version 8.7. We are facing issues with server connectivity. When we test server connectivity, getting the following error. Please find the below attachments for error dialogs. Unable to get case information.

Hi Gopi,
Did you verify the URL's and their corresponding values in Common Config, Runtime Config and Studio Config xml files?
Did you also check the Version compaitability file update in Runtime Machine? You'll need to import the new Studio Version bundles in the Runtime Machine and add the respective version in the Pega Sync Server config files.
Only then you'll be able to connect.

Does the Robot Studio have privileges to update CommonConfig.xml?, looks like something is preventing that update. You can also edit CommonConfig.xml directly using Notepad or any other text editor and set the values directly to verify that the right values are set and then just use them from Robot Studio to test the connection.
