Automate Workbasket Routing
Hello,
Currently our team is monitoring two workbaskets in our production environment. All that we are doing is routing both of them to the same error workbasket regardless of the issue. Is there a way to automate the routing to this particular workbasket?

Since you have two workbasket, i assume you want to have a mechanism to decide which basket to go ?
Use a when condition and then accordingly use toWorkbasket router to move them to respective WB
