Case Type not working while using Case Wide Action
Hi,
I have configured a case type and updated a flow action in the case wide action.
Case Stages:
Create, Route, Process, Review, Approve and Close
After creating work object, I assigned the object to myself(Current Stage: Process) and proceed with the flow actions in the case wide action. On submit of flow action I have been navigated to Process stage which is my current stage
The other scenario, I assigned the case work object to myself and wrapped the interaction object.
Now navigated to the Portal Home Tab and opened the same case object.
Now I performed the same flow action performed previously, on click of submit, i have been moved to next stage(Review) instead of the current stage(Process).
The flow action which I have configured is a dummy flowaction which dont have any activity of section content.
Anyone please help me with this issue
