Case not returning to same Assignment on submission of case wide flow action

hi,

I am calling a case wide action by Action button . i have a "no" button in the screen of case wide local action. on click of no button i want to return to the same assignment from where my case action is called . i tried "close" "cancel" "refresh" on the button but still no success.

is there any way by which i can get this. currently i see confirm harness .
