Add same Local action to all the assignments in a Process Flow

I have to add the same local action to all the assignments in a Process flow. How can I achieve it and I tried by adding the local action in the Flow-wide local actions section but it is not working.

Please note that there is no case management and tried in the PRPC v7.2 and 7.4.

Do you have the same flow action which is in the starting of the flow in the flow-wide local actions? Can you please send the configuration screenshots?
