How to localize "Close All" action?
Hi.
We have a portal with tabs on it. And there is a list of all opened tabs in a right side of container. This list has an action named "Close All". So the question is: How can I localize this action (translate it into russian).
I didnt found any field values for this action,didnt found u functionality for building this list. I really have no idea about localization. Please Help.

I've been looking into this. I have a few more things I want to check before saying for sure, but just so you don't spend too much time chasing this at the moment, all signs seem to indicate this string may be hard coded in some legacy js. Not only that, if what my initial findings are correct, it's in a final rule which can't be overridden for your needs.
Like I said, there's a few more things I need to investigate. If I can find a positive resolution, I'll report back here.But if my suspicions turn out to be correct, I'll log a bug on your behalf describing how this string is not localizable.

Can you provide more details like which portal is the issue seen in? I have checked the out of the box end user portals like Case Manager portal and User portal and I do not see any link called "Close All".

Hi Mikhail,
We can't really provide any specific timeframe do to varying factors in how this could be fixed and the method in which it would be provided. In fact, as the issue is investigated, there's always the outside possibility that someone else will discover that this isn't a bug at all and be able to provide a solution.
While I know it may be frustrating not to get a more specific answer, I do want you to know that the team and I are using this very discussion as a use case to discuss if there are better ways to improve the interaction with PSC participants when their discussion identifies a product defect.
I will personally communicate if there are any changes to how we handle this in the future.

Deepthi,
You can find this in pretty much any portal with tabs, you just need to have multiple open. Probably the quickest and easiest way to see this is to just open up Designer Studio and open a couple rule form tabs. Once open there should be a menu in the right in which there is an option to Close All tabs.
If you use the Live UI inspector you will see that the UI icon/control that displays the menu is not found in any auto-generated section and not picked up by the inspector tool. This leads me to believe that this is some how rendered by some kind of embedded JS which does not provide the ability to localize the text that displays as it is most likely hard-coded, not auto-generated.
