Case wide local action
I want to configure the case wide local action such that I can go to a new case or flow from the actions tab. Please help me with it.

Hi Priyanka,
You can use case wide supporting processes field in the pyDefult Casetype rule to call the other flows from the actions tab.Whenever you add the flow names in this field,you can find these flows under the Add work in the actions tab.

You can make use of calling svcAddWorkObject to initiate a case or a flow from the pre-processing activity of the local action but you will get a intermediate screen of the local action's section.
there are other methods/activities too through which we can create a new work object like:
1 Flow-New
2 StartFlow
3 StartNewFlow
4 svcAddWorkObject
5 createWork
