what is Pega’s recommendation on resolving the email loading issues when opening an email interaction has been created through email body which contains large embedded images sent to an email listener? What is the OOTB fix for this issue?The issue is that when the email body is having huge image size,after opening the email interaction,the body section will be displayed as per OOB in the interaction case and this is where lot of time is happening to open the case as the body has huge image attachments.
