Skipping the attachments through email listener?
Hi guys,
When we create an email listener, how to skip the attachments in an email which gets attached to email automatically?

Hi @Poojitha Behara,
To skip attachments through an email listener, check the appropriate checkbox in the Email Listener rule configuration (No attachment check box) to enable this option.

Ensure that the No attachments check box on the Process tab of your email listener is cleared to skip the attachments in an email which gets attached to email automatically.
