Email Listener using Microsoft Graph not processing attachments
Hi,
We have implemented Email Listener using integration with Microsoft Graph.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process attachments that are sent in an email. When we trace the listener, there is no pyAttachments page on the ServicePage. We've tried with all kinds of listener settings and it's still the same. Request for help.

@LukaszN5 can you confirm that you have 8.6.2 installed?
Can you confirm if the issue occurs only when the attachment is greater than 3MB? (Possible issue is BUG-700541,BUG-700542 due to be resolved in a future Pega version )
In Pega's Microsoft Graph API send email flow, when attachment size is more than 3MB pega switches to "Office 365 Exchange Online API" from "MSGraph API"(As it has limitation for attachment size), So Office 365 Exchange Online API permissions need to be enabled in the Azure Active directory app settings.
Could you test by enabling the API permission for Office 365 Exchange Online?
Enable Mail.ReadWrite and Mail.Send in "Office 365 Exchange Online" API permissions in the Microsoft Azure Active Directory app settings.
The online documentation list the following steps to do this:
- Sign in to the Azure portal.
- Go to Azure Active Directory > App registrations, and select an application.
- Select API permissions > Add a permission > APIs my organization uses.
- Select Office 365 Exchange Online API in the list, check its permissions and configure them, if needed.
You want to ensure that you give the Mail.ReadWrite and Mail.Send permissions

I confirm that we have version 8.6.2.
It seems that in our case this applies to all types of attachments. I have tried larger and smaller (<100kb). Pictures, text files, word files. I have run extended login for: com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener and I can't see the step where attachments are processed anywhere (I don't know if it should be). In tracer, you also cannot see the page where the attachments would be located.
This is our current Azure configuration. I will try to try what you described, but I will be able to do it at the earliest tomorrow.
