Create Cases from Inbound Email Attachments with Email Listener
Hi Team,
I am creating pega case with inbound email with attachment as pdf and json. Once case created, Email correspondence ,pdf and json are attaching to Case. When customer reply to same email with new edited pdf that time it is not attaching new edited pdf, Can you please help me with the design. In clipboard also it is not displaying the new pdf.

@Michel Kraaij Yes i have done all setup , It is working fine. The Last attachment is missing. The second time they are sending confirmation slip in the pdf format , that is not showing up in case attachment tab.

@RaghavN2 Check pyAttachmentPage while processing the email. Its hold the attachment name and Attachment binary file.
Identify the existing case and attach the file to the existing case.

@RaghavN2 Please try below.
1. In the reply email identify the MessageID and browse the index-data-email class and get the WO id or identify the WO id from the email subject
2. Open the work object page and pass the workPage param
3. Loop pyAttachmentPage.pyAttachNames value list
4. Set the required parameters and call AddAttachmentFromMail activity to save the attachment and link to WO
Refer the CreateWorkFromMail OOTB activity step 7
Note: Please check listener configuration No attachments should be unchecked.
