email approval and listener

Hi All,

 

When adding the case type in "Behavior" to the email channel we are getting the error.

we have attached the error below.

please give us the suggestion on that error.

@sharadavangimalla  these types of errors are usually due to an incorrect JDK version or missing awt libraries etc.

Please take a look at the following existing Support article SA-74220 'Unable to add a case type in suggested case of Email channel' 

Similar issues occur with missing libraries in the system  due to Docker images being used
