Error trying start email listener

Hi All, 

I'm facing below error while trying to start a new Email Listener through SMA, even gotten success status in both configuration into Email Account - Sender and Receiver.

Listener 'Data-Admin-Connect-EmailListener:CancelationPaymentOrder.Listener(com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener)/0' failed to start because of the following error:    Failed to launch listener, java.lang.IllegalStateException: This operation is not allowed on a closed folder.

Also we have configured email account into sample Email Listener in order to check, but error still persists.

Pega: v7.1.9FailSMA

Any thought on it?

@ArturB68  Please share the listener configuration details. Please check Requestor login operator ID and update the password properly and configure the  right access to the operator or map the admin access and check it.
