Hello all , we have two email listeners which are not getting restarted automatically after the environment server is restarted . They need to be manually restarted . The configuration is similar to other listeners . Has anyone faced similar issue earlier

Is there a way to retrieve the logs during start-up? this would certainly show what's happening.
If you've got some parameters coming from any data page then it could be that your listeners start too early, page is not ready, start fails.
When you manually try, then all is already properly loaded so it starts as expected.
In another thread I also found that service package that your email listener is calling might be using "requires authentication" and this can also create issue at start-up. Please check & disable if this is the case and retry.
Clearly, your logs would help in directly seeing the system complaints.
