We have an issue with Email Listener which goes down if it encounters any network issue or some problem with Email Server. The Email Listener retries for 3 times before it goes down. After this, the Email Listener need to restarted manually in SMA. As the SMA has a full control to all the Listeners, Requestors and Agents, we do not want to expose SMA to Admins.
I was told by GCS support team that there is no OOTB feature to restart listener automatically and I understand that this is possible using custom JMX (similar to SMA). Kindly advise how to do this.
