Email approval step, Email listener
For Email approval (Approval step with Email approval enabled), Email Account rule should be configured to send emails.
Is it necessary to configure to setup Email Listener too to process the approval response? Doesn't Pega automatically advance the case based on Approve/Reject button clicked in the email body?
Or should the recipient "Reply" and then Pega Email Listener has to process the response?
